Refund policy

We have a no returns or exchanges policy at Designs By A. With most of our products being of custom nature, refunds are not accepted. We strive to ensure you love your items so if there is any issue with your order please contact alanna@designsbya.ca and we will be sure to correct any mistake! 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds and Cancellations
All parcels are shipped with insurance should your order get lost or damaged in transit to ensure a refund or replacement will be sent to you. Due to the custom nature of most of the products I offer, a request to cancel must be made within 1hr of ordering. As items all have separate processing times, I cannot guarantee that your order has not already begun production beyond that time frame. Once production of your order has started it cannot be cancelled. If we cannot replace an item that was damaged or lost in transit. Please contact alanna@designsbya.ca with any issues.
