Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Burlington, Ontario using Canada Post or Chit Chats delivery service for International shipments. 

Due to the custom nature of our products, individual shipping times apply to each item. Please see below as well as each individual item for specific turnaround times.

Processing Times

Due to the custom nature of our products, individual shipping times apply to each item. Please see below for a general outline. All products have their processing time outlined directly in the description

Ornaments + ready made signs - 3-7 business days
Glassware - 3-5 business days - Personalized  5-10 business days
Keychains + Bookmarks - 2-5 business days
Wedding Signs - 2 - 4 weeks
LED Lights - 1 - 2 weeks
Charcuterie Boards - 3 - 7 business days

Due to the custom nature of most of the products I offer, a request to cancel must be made within 1hr of ordering. As items all have separate processing times, I cannot guarantee that your order has not already begun production beyond that time frame. Once production of your order has started it cannot be cancelled. If we cannot replace an item that was damaged or lost in transit. Please contact alanna@designsbya.ca with any issues.

Taxes + Duties

International orders may incur duties and taxes, these are the responsibility of the customer and I have no control over these amounts. Designs by A is not responsible for any of these fees.
