Our beautiful photographic ornaments are the perfect keepsake for any occasion
Your selected photo is printed directly onto crystal clear acrylic, with up to 3 lines of text (see examples), adorned with the ribbon colour of your choice and tied into a cute bow!

• select your ribbon choice from the drop down menu
• note your details as shown in the examples, up to 3 lines of writing. Select your font choices Line 1 + year will be the same font, if you are only doing 2 fonts, line 1 + year will be used for line 1, and line 2 will be the second line, even if it is the year as the second line. You may also note your font choices in brackets beside each line of personalization notes.

• Upload your photo in the file uploader here Please ensure there is ample space around the subject of the photo, all people must be able to fit within the shape of your choice, faces / subjects near the edge of the photo will NOT work without potentially cutting off parts of the image. Proofs are not sent and i will use my design expertise to ensure the best fit with the writing noted. Ensure all names and dates are spelled correctly at the time of purchase.

All orders are shipped from Oakville, Ontario using Canada Post (lettermail where available) or Chit Chats delivery service for Canadian + International shipments.
Processing Times
Due to the custom nature of our products, individual processing times apply to each item. See below for a general outline, but please see your individual item for exact processing times.
Ornaments + Door Hangers- 3-7 business days (Same day to 5 business days in season)
Keychains - 3-7 business days, custom 5-10 business days
Glasses - 3 - 7 business days, custom 5-10 business days
Back to School Signs - 5-10 business days
Acrylic Signs - 5-10 business days
Wedding Signs - 2 - 4 weeks
LED Lights - 5 - 10 business days
Hangers - 5 - 10 business days
Trophy - 1 - 3 weeks
Charcuterie Boards - 5 - 7 business days
Shipping Times

Expedited Parcel: 1-10 business days via ChitChats or Canada Post. Please no P.O Boxes if you can avoid it.
USA - currently unavailble, but hopefully back soon!
2-8 business days via ChitChats (USPS once state side) with tracking and insurance
Taxes + Duties
International orders may incur duties and taxes, these are the responsibility of the customer and I have no control over these amounts

Where do you ship from?
I make and ship all orders from Burlington, Ontario, Canada!

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Because of the custom nature of 90% of my products, each item has a different processing time, on average your custom orders will ship in 5-15 business days, certain items will take longer! Please read the item description for a more accurate processing time
How long will shipping take?
Shipping is calculated for you at checkout! If you choose lettermail shipping takes 2-10 business days and does NOT include tracking. Please upgrade your shipping to take advantage of tracking + lost parcel insurance. For more information please click here.
Do you offer returns or cancellations?
I do not accept returns on any custom products, if there is an issue with your order it it has arrived damaged please email alanna@designsbya.ca and we will absolutely ensure you receive a replacement! Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hr of ordering. Due to the custom nature of most of the products I offer, I cannot guarantee that your order has not already begun production. Once production of your order has started it cannot be cancelled.
