Please note the free ship to studio cannot be applied to any other products found on my website, this is only for the Bedazzled Overall + Group Award Trophy and if your studio had group awards that won 1st place. Offer only applies to regional events, finals is excluded from free shipping.

Please note shipping is 1-3 weeks for orders, I work some of our events on top of all of the trophies and awards for each competition. If you select the ship to studio, please touch base with your studio director when your tracking shows delivered, this will not be going to your home unless that option is selected and paid for at the time of checkout :)Â
a note about your acrylic choice
Due to the nature of the marble and glitter designs, the actual look of each keychain varies from piece to piece. Example shown in cotton candy marble. Please also note that, while I did my best to photograph and colour match each sample, due to different monitor colour settings, your colour choice may vary slightly.

All orders are shipped from Oakville, Ontario using Canada Post (lettermail where available) or Chit Chats delivery service for Canadian + International shipments.Â

Due to the custom nature of our products, individual processing times apply to each item. See below for a general outline, but please see your individual item for exact processing times.
Ornaments + Door Hangers- 3-7 business days (Same day to 5 business days in season)
Keychains - 3-7 business days, custom 5-10 business days
Glasses - 3 - 7 business days, custom 5-10 business days
Back to School Signs - 5-10 business days

I make and ship all orders from Burlington, Ontario, Canada!

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Because of the custom nature of 90% of my products, each item has a different processing time, on average your custom orders will ship in 5-15 business days, certain items will take longer! Please read the item description for a more accurate processing time
How long will shipping take?
Shipping is calculated for you at checkout! If you choose lettermail shipping takes 2-10 business days and does NOT include tracking. Please upgrade your shipping to take advantage of tracking + lost parcel insurance. For more information please click here.
Do you offer returns or cancellations?
I do not accept returns on any custom products, if there is an issue with your order it it has arrived damaged please email alanna@designsbya.ca and we will absolutely ensure you receive a replacement! Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hr of ordering. Due to the custom nature of most of the products I offer, I cannot guarantee that your order has not already begun production. Once production of your order has started it cannot be cancelled.
