Looking for a custom design or having your logo printed? Then this is the listing for you! Available in single pricing with volume discount pricing outlined below via discount code. Discount pricing begins at a quantity of 10 or more ornaments. Please note this is for multiple quantities of a single design. • original clear acrylic with engraved lettering, frosted with our new White UV printed writing, full colour printing on satin white acrylic or full colour printing on clear acrylic (white then CMYK printing process)
• note your ribbon colour choice and any information I need to know in the "Personalization Box"

USA SHIPPING
• To provide a more cost effective way to ship to the United States the Standard shipping with this item is shipped via Chit Chats with USPS. Shipping is 3-6 Business days with tracking.
a note about your acrylic choice
Due to the nature of the marble and glitter designs, the actual look of each keychain varies from piece to piece. Example shown in cotton candy marble. Please also note that, while I did my best to photograph and colour match each sample, due to different monitor colour settings, your colour choice may vary slightly.

All orders are shipped from Oakville, Ontario using Canada Post (lettermail where available) or Chit Chats delivery service for Canadian + International shipments.

Due to the custom nature of our products, individual processing times apply to each item. See below for a general outline, but please see your individual item for exact processing times.

I make and ship all orders from Burlington, Ontario, Canada!

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Because of the custom nature of 90% of my products, each item has a different processing time, on average your custom orders will ship in 5-15 business days, certain items will take longer! Please read the item description for a more accurate processing time
How long will shipping take?
Shipping is calculated for you at checkout! If you choose lettermail shipping takes 2-10 business days and does NOT include tracking. Please upgrade your shipping to take advantage of tracking + lost parcel insurance. For more information please click here.
Do you offer returns or cancellations?
I do not accept returns on any custom products, if there is an issue with your order it it has arrived damaged please email alanna@designsbya.ca and we will absolutely ensure you receive a replacement! Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hr of ordering. Due to the custom nature of most of the products I offer, I cannot guarantee that your order has not already begun production. Once production of your order has started it cannot be cancelled.
