• select the font choice "Whitney", “Christina", "Alanna" or "Kayla" from the drop down menu.
• note your details--names and titles(Bride, Bridesmaid, Maid of Honor, Mother of the Bride, Mother of the Groom, Flower Girl etc...) in the "Personalization Box" or notes to seller box at checkout. Wedding date can also be added below the title, in the centre of the hanger free of charge.

• Please note: there are NO options for the font colour on these hangers. These are laser engraved and the colour is a direct result of the engraving into the wood.
The "Alanna" font is case sensitive--if you put a capital on the name, it will be capitalized, if its lowercase--it will look like the example images. Titles remain lowercase as shown
"Whitney" and "Kayla" fonts cannot be capitalized
"Christina" font has a capital letter

These will be ready for shipping or pickup within 2-4 weeks . PLEASE ensure ALL names and dates are spelled correctly, proofs are not available with these hangers and I will be taking the customizations directly from your order and plugging them into the design software.

a note about your acrylic choice
Due to the nature of the marble and glitter designs, the actual look of each keychain varies from piece to piece. Example shown in cotton candy marble. Please also note that, while I did my best to photograph and colour match each sample, due to different monitor colour settings, your colour choice may vary slightly.

All orders are shipped from Oakville, Ontario using Canada Post (lettermail where available) or Chit Chats delivery service for Canadian + International shipments.

Due to the custom nature of our products, individual processing times apply to each item. See below for a general outline, but please see your individual item for exact processing times.
Ornaments + Door Hangers- 3-7 business days (Same day to 5 business days in season)
Keychains - 3-7 business days, custom 5-10 business days

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Because of the custom nature of 90% of my products, each item has a different processing time, on average your custom orders will ship in 5-15 business days, certain items will take longer! Please read the item description for a more accurate processing time
How long will shipping take?
Shipping is calculated for you at checkout! If you choose lettermail shipping takes 2-10 business days and does NOT include tracking. Please upgrade your shipping to take advantage of tracking + lost parcel insurance. For more information please click here.
Do you offer returns or cancellations?
I do not accept returns on any custom products, if there is an issue with your order it it has arrived damaged please email alanna@designsbya.ca and we will absolutely ensure you receive a replacement! Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hr of ordering. Due to the custom nature of most of the products I offer, I cannot guarantee that your order has not already begun production. Once production of your order has started it cannot be cancelled.
