All orders are shipped from Oakville, Ontario using Canada Post (lettermail where available) or Chit Chats delivery service for Canadian + International shipments. 

Processing Times

Due to the custom nature of our products, individual processing times apply to each item. See below for a general outline, but please see your individual item for exact processing times.

Ornaments + Door Hangers- 3-7 business days (Same day to 5 business days in season)
Keychains - 3-7 business days, custom 5-10 business days
Glasses - 3 - 7 business days, custom 5-10 business days
Back to School Signs - 5-10 business days
Acrylic Signs - 5-10 business days
Wedding Signs - 2 - 4 weeks
LED Lights - 5 - 10 business days
Hangers - 5 - 10 business days
Trophy - 1 - 3 weeks
Charcuterie Boards - 5 - 7 business days

Expedited Parcel: 1-10 business days via ChitChats or Canada Post. Please no P.O Boxes if you can avoid it. 

USA - currently unavailble, but hopefully back soon!
2-8 business days via ChitChats (USPS once state side) with tracking and insurance

Taxes + Duties

International orders may incur duties and taxes, these are the responsibility of the customer and I have no control over these amounts

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Because of the custom nature of 90% of my products, each item has a different processing time, on average your custom orders will ship in 5-15 business days, certain items will take longer! Please read the item description for a more accurate processing time

How long will shipping take?
Shipping is calculated for you at checkout! If you choose lettermail shipping takes 2-10 business days and does NOT include tracking. Please upgrade your shipping to take advantage of tracking + lost parcel insurance. For more information please click here.

Do you offer returns or cancellations?
I do not accept returns on any custom products, if there is an issue with your order it it has arrived damaged please email alanna@designsbya.ca and we will absolutely ensure you receive a replacement! Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hr of ordering. Due to the custom nature of most of the products I offer, I cannot guarantee that your order has not already begun production. Once production of your order has started it cannot be cancelled.
